Sara Hess

advocate supervisor

shess@helenacasa.org

Sara Hess joined the CASA team in November of 2018, just a few months after moving to Helena with her husband. Originally from Pennsylvania, Sara spent much of her time after college working in various community, youth, and family outreach initiatives.

She loves to support and learn from the amazing people who make up the CASA team, and to serve the children and families in the community she now calls home.

Erin Gilmore

advocate supervisor

egilmore@helenacasa.org

Erin Gilmore joined the CASA team in October of 2019. Erin was born and raised in Montana. Her husband and three boys have called Helena home for 10 years now.

Prior to her employment, Erin volunteered as a CASA Advocate for 5 years in Bozeman, where she developed a great passion for helping children in need. In her free time, she enjoys horses, crafting, reading, and spending time with her family.

Sylvia Rosling

program & Exec. assistant

srosling@helenacasa.org

Sylvia Rosling joined the CASA team after graduating early from the University of Montana. Sylvia is a 6th generation Montanan, who grew up in Helena. While attending her undergrad, Sylvia was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta, where CASA is a philanthropic partner.

Now that she has her degree, Sylvia is eager to serve children in need of advocacy. She loves spending time with family, friends, her dogs, and enjoying the outdoors.

career opportunities

executive director

CASA is looking for a dynamic leader to become its Executive Director. This person will be responsible for finding creative ways to increase volunteers and donors by building relationships within our community, increasing funding through fundraising efforts and grant writing, mentoring staff, and collaborating with the Board of Directors to move the organization forward.

The Executive Director is ultimately responsible for the overall management of the organization and all aspects of the organization’s operations. This primarily involves supervising and coordinating a volunteer service program that provides Court Appointed Special Advocates for abused and neglected children in Lewis & Clark and Broadwater Counties.

Are you someone who wants to change a child’s story, are you a leader, do you have fundraising or non-profit experience, or enjoy building a team to take on an important mission? If this sounds like you, CLICK HERE to learn more!
